Shipping Policy

At Polish'D, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing prior to shipment. This includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, including sales and holidays, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

Processing time and shipping time are separate and should be considered together when estimating delivery.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Polish'D is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Polish'D is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for any lost or delayed shipments.


Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

Polish'D is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


Shipping Address Changes

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to a shipping address once an order has been placed.

Multiple Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.


International Shipping

If applicable, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price and are determined by the destination country.


Refused or Returned Shipments

If an order is refused or returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees
